Spring is finally starting to take shape with lighter evenings and the daffodils starting to flower. Have you been thinking about being able to have that well earned summer holiday, or maybe putting on your swimwear and feeling confident in it? I know we often start the new year full of determination and motivation to finally kick start our weight loss journey, then along the way we some how make ourselves feel less important than everyday life. I have been there and totally understand!
 
The good news is we are waiting to welcome you back to group. There is never any judgement about what’s happened in the past. We will help you to move forward with all the learning, ideas and support needed to lose those unwanted pounds. I promised you I would never give up on you and there is always a fresh start waiting for you.
