I hope you are well.  I wanted to let you know that I haven’t forgotten about you and the dream you had to lose weight. I do understand that at times it can feel impossible to achieve this dream or climb what feels like a huge mountain, I’ve been there myself. This is why we give up and stop attending group. I have never stopped believing in you and your goals.
I totally understand the effort it takes to make changes which will see weight loss. You really aren’t alone and the community of slimmers we have in group means you are supported each and every step of the way whilst making these changes.  We can learn together, soak up the motivation weekly and together overcome the barriers that have stopped us having success in the past. Each week is a chance to take a step closer to not only weight loss, but also understanding ourselves and our relationship with food.
