I do understand taking the brave step back into the group can feel overwhelming especially when we may feel guilt and shame. I promise you that you really aren’t alone, I have experienced those very same feelings. Please know that no  matter how many times you’ve tried to lose weight, whether you’ve reached target or got part -way there in the past, the community of slimmers and I will be there to welcome you back without judgment. We will support and encourage you with the changes that help you to reach your goals. I have never stopped believing in you and your dreams of a healthier life. I totally understand the effort it takes and that’s where the real support of a like minded group helps so much.
